HOW WE WORK
Do we have to bring our vehicles to your shop?
NO. Our goal is to solve 90%+ of your issues on-site. We send our techs to your yard or job site whenever possible. If a unit does need to come to the shop, we offer complimentary driver shuttles, and for added convenience, our CDL team can handle pickup and delivery (fee-based).
What are your rates?
Our standard walk-in rate for new customers is $185 per hour. Once established as a fleet customer, we tailor pricing based on fleet size, unit count, and preventive maintenance schedules. We don't believe in blanket discounts - instead, we build pricing that reflects volume, consistency, and long-term partnership.
Do you charge service call fees, drive time, emergency fees, or mileage?
Yes - but transparently and fairly. For scheduled on-site maintenance: We charge an On-Site Fee, which includes one-way travel time and mileage. For non-scheduled service (breakdowns or urgent calls): We charge port-to-port time and mileage. No minimum charges. No separate callout fees. Our structure is fair to our technicians and customers, keeping service efficient and predictable.
When will you service our equipment?
Whenever it works best for you. We schedule around your operations to minimize downtime - our techs are trained to
work flexibly and efficiently in live fleet environments.
WHAT WE SERVICE
What types of equipment and brands can you service?
We service light-duty (F-250 to F-550), medium-duty (box trucks, flatbeds), heavy-duty (semis, trailers, dump trucks), and other equipment like liftgates, pony motors, cranes under 10k lbs, roll-up doors, switchers, and APUs. We use dealer-grade tools and diagnostics across a wide range of OEMs.
Do you understand emissions systems, DEF, and regens?
Absolutely. Our techs are fully trained on after treatment systems, including DEF issues, forced regens, DPF cleaning, and diagnostics. No parts swapping - just accurate, long-lasting solutions.
Do you offer tire, windshield, or glass services?
Not in-house - but we've built a trusted vendor network. We'll coordinate repairs while your units are in our possession so you don't have to juggle multiple vendors.
What fleet platforms are you compatible with?
We use Fullbay, a best-in-class shop management system offering 100% visibility into your fleet's service history. Our online portal supports service requests, unit tracking, approvals, and invoicing. We also work with all major 3rd-party fleet partners including ARI/Holman, PTG Fleet, Wheels, EMKAY, Element, Enterprise, Penske, FleetNet, Fleetio, Fleet Response, and more.
PARTNERSHIP & ONBOARDING
What industries do you work with?
We serve fleets across medical gas & oxygen distribution, utility services, construction, logistics, environmental services, and more.
How do we get set up as a customer?
It's fast - we can onboard you in under 2 minutes. Step 1: We enter your fleet into Fullbay. Step 2: You send us unit info (VINs, unit #s). Step 3: We determine billing (direct, 3rd party, etc.). Step 4: You designate who receives COI, W-9, and invoices. Step 5: We schedule a complimentary fleet walk-through to assess equipment health and start your custom maintenance plan.
